there’s little that can be done in returnIt is true that we shipped a load one day late but what we did was our only option at the time to avoid being dragged into a long and potential claim for late delivery and keeping the customer happyAt the time our driver’s truck had broken down and our dispatch was contacted to help resolve the issueThere was no available Vitex drivers in the area so we did the only thing we could in order to insure that the product was delivered as quickly as possibleIt is unsettling that *** would so quickly accuse us of mishandling their brokered load before fully understanding the entire situationIf *** choses to not continue business with Vitex then that is their own decision and we respect that but trying to prevent every other broker from booking loads with us is excessive and unprofessional."
