It's amazes me that *** *** like this can still continue to operate as a businessOnce these guys get their hands on your car you may as well say goodbye to it foreverExperience similar to others listed in the complaints sectionThis business holds you car hostageThey *** will never finish the work so you have to keep going backSince your insurance has paid them for the repair to begin with, you are not able to go elsewhereEvery time you take it back to McClaren, they rip it apart and fill you with stories of new issues and concerns and leave you stranded for a rideConveniently, ever so conveniently you can rent a car from them which is the *** all alongBy the time you have gone back two or three times for a "2min job" and have been forced to take a rental from these buffoons for weeks on end (again for a "2min job") your insurance most likely will not cover any more rentals because you've likely maxed out your allowance from previous attempts at repairsTherefore the longer and more times they keep your car, the more money you have to pay out of pocket for a rental forced on youMy heart goes out to everyone that is forced to deal with McClarenIts horrible enough to be involved in an accident, but to then be taken advantage of for months and months following one can become an even bigger nightmare

McLaren Collison Centre had my car towed to their yard by an associated company following an accident. They later refused to release the car to me as the owner, so that I could not follow the insurance company's recommendation and use another body shop for repairs. Further, MCC claimed they obtained a signature from someone (the driver that night) who did not have any rights to sign. To make matter worse this was late at night and immediately following a road accident. They did not explain the conditions to that person, nor did they provide a copy of the paperwork until they were pressed to do so by the actual owner (me) a week later. By use of these 'pirating' methods MCC illegally obtained $7,000 plus $2,500 for rental and repairs. I feel (as the car owner) that I was forced to accept this (although I did seek policing assistance at the time) against my will and my rights. Very dissatisfied with MCC and how they handled this whole affair. If you use them beware!!
