Absolutely the worst service department I've been too in yearsHad a 09:appointment for recall work on my Ram, which the service adviser told me they were only checking part numbers over the phonewhen I pulled up the place had cars lined up under the service awning, cars parked all over the place, the only place to park was in front of the dumpsterWhen I went inside to check in there must have been customers crammed into the small waiting area ( having worked in around car dealerships I knew this was not a good thing)I asked the service adviser what time frame they had to do the work and I was told it would take hrs to check the parts and they wer hrs behind already at 09:in the morningWhen I have an appointment I expect to watch my vehicle get pulled into the shop within minuets of that appointment not 2hours laterPeople have lives and jobs when we make appointments around that

Made appointment to have car serviced 8:am, went to dealer 8:am and notified of service needed, my vehicle is a hybrid, and asked for following service:
Electrical system check
Brake system check
Tire rotation
After checking in, service personnel says there is a recall for the vehicle and all the work should be done around hours
Went to service counter at 11:am and asked about vehicle status Was notified by service personnel that "they are overbooked" then was enlightened that recall was not performed, was asked to come back "other" time for recall I have no idea whether or not other work had been done on the vehicle
I waited hours just for tire rotation!
Awful service and did not keep customer informed, I will be visiting other dealership in the area

Had a 09:30 appointment for recall work on my 06 Ram, which the service adviser told me they were only checking part numbers over the phone. when I pulled up the place had cars lined up under the service awning, cars parked all over the place, the only place to park was in front of the dumpster. When I went inside to check in there must have been 30 customers crammed into the small waiting area ( having worked in around car dealerships I knew this was not a good thing). I asked the service adviser what time frame they had to do the work and I was told it would take 2.5 hrs to check the parts and they wer 2 hrs behind already at 09:30 in the morning. When I have an appointment I expect to watch my vehicle get pulled into the shop within 15 minuets of that appointment not 2hours later. People have lives and jobs when we make appointments around that
