Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to your Nov 8, letter that lists *** *** response to my reply above.I believe my first response clearly states our position and facts surrounding the investigation and how it was worked and reportedHowever, I will address a few her points Ms *** made in her latest response:We never agreed to email each otherIn fact, she would not and did not provide an email address when we discussed the details of her caseMs*** was extremely nervous the Subject had access to her email and mobile phoneThis is not unusual for these type of investigations and I respected her decisionI only require that she provides her home address for my files with a note that I would never mail anything to her address without her approval I would not care if she held off the investigation for a few days or indefinitelyHowever she would had to communicate that to me directlyShe did notAn investigation can be solved in the first few hours or it may never be solvedAlso what defines a case being solved? We conducted the surveillance on the Subject she requested and on the days she requestedJust because the Subject did not do what she thought he would do does not make a case unsuccessfulWe worked the days she requested and actually went over the retainer which I did not bill her for.I hope this concludes this matter for the Revdex.com.Thank you***

Dear Revdex.com, I was contacted by *** *** on Oct 5, for the purpose of hiring my firm to conduct a surveillanceWe discussed and confirmed our rates and she paid a retainer of $1500. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of the investigation she insisted that I can not
email, call or text herShe was afraid the correspondence would be read or overheardDuring the call on Oct she said the days she required the surveillance was for two (partial) days on either Oct 9, 10, or due the the target's schedule. *** said she would call me for an update after Oct 11. *** *** did not provide me with an email address or telephone number due to her concerns stated aboveShe also NEVER said she would contact me via a secure email. We scheduled and completed the surveillance on Oct and Oct per the instructions provided by *** ***. Starting on Oct I received a suspicious email that had no subject line or text in the body of the email that came from a bank (I intentionally leaving the bank's name or a copy of the email address for her protection)My email service provider services warned on opening it: This email has an attachment that allows unverified scripts to run on your computer when openedBe careful. Learn more I simply assumed it was spam and ignored the emailI had no idea *** *** worked at a bank the email was sent fromAlso, based on our consultation on Oct 5, I would never have suspect that *** *** would email me so I was not looking or expecting an email from her. (Email communication in general are not intended to opened and responded to immediatelyIf a person needs immediate attention a phone call would be more appropriate form of communication*** never called on Oct or 10th.) On Oct I received a similar email from the same bankThis time I tried to open the secure message but I was unsuccessfulI also realized that I have a small no interest loan with this bank through *** *** and perhaps I missed the payment so I looked at the email more carefully and I noticed the last name was the same as the client who I only spoke to on Oct I then responded to the email address on Oct stating I could not open the secure message. *** responded back later on the Oct and I informed her we had already been out doing the surveillance per her directions on Oct and 10thShe asked me to email her the total hours and we agree to speak the following weekHer response "Sounds goodTalk to you next week Warm Regards *** ***" . I still have no idea what, if anything, was in the secure messageI also do not know why she would not have just called my office just as she did when she hired us on Oct My office line rings to my cell phone 24/days a year. We did speak a few days later and I briefed her on the results of the surveillanceEverything was fine during the call. I said I would send her invoice in a few days. Per her request, I emailed her bill for the services rendered. She has since asked for a written report which is ready to be sent to herI have requested an address from her so it can be sent certified mail so there is no dispute it was sent and receivedI do not want to send it directly to the address I have on file for her due to the sensitive nature of the investigationI am waiting a response from ***.
