We are very sorry to hear of the complainant’s dissatisfaction with our servicesWe strive to provide a superior level of service for all who reside in the properties that we manageSince the complainant is not completely satisfied with the services we have rendered, we will be providing a full
refund of the $application fee.However, please note that we disagree with several of the factual assertions made by the complainant and also wish to point out material omissions from the complaint.While the complaint states that the “process started in March,” this is misleading as no application was received by this office until the end of AprilFurthermore, the application that was submitted was not the correct formThe assertion that information “was lost and just found last week” is not trueThe file is, and always has been secured with all confidential files in our Sales/Transfer/Refinance office as required by law.The complaint states that we “have taken so long that several documents expired.” This is not true as the original commitment letter submitted with the application expired on December **, well before any application was submittedAfter the applicant was quickly advised by our office of this error, a new commitment letter was submitted with the wrong name and apartment numberThe application was substantially delayed because the applicant did not submit a corrected commitment letter until May **, Thereafter, the application was immediately submitted to the Cooperative Board of Directors for review and the applicant was advised of the Board’s request for additional documentation on June *, Despite repeated requests by this office for the additional documentation, the complainant still has not remitted the information requested by the Board for his application to be processed

The business response is untrue. Attached is the timeline that can be verified with emails and call logs. The [redacted] told me the file was lost. It was only at my assistance that the business was able to locate file.Also, the files that expired were not the commitment letter from the bank but the financials that the general counsel had to send himself as the other areas were unresponsive.
