Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me We will be taking the pontoon to Detroit Lakes for them to look at ittheir plan is to put it in the water with another pontoon to see if they can figure out the problem...I guess we will have to see what they find, or if they find anything and how they will respond to us

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/01) */ The unit referenced by [redacted] had an incorrect MSRP that unintentionally missing digitsThe issue identified by [redacted] is simply an issue of an unintentional misprint/typo The MSRP, which was incorrect in this case, is clearly identified on our website from our discounted selling priceThe actual selling price which is accessed through a "Call for Price" button, was accurate It would be unrealistic for [redacted] to think that the $20,vehicle would have a manufacturer suggested retail price of $Additionally it is clear on the website that we do not sell at MSRP, but rather at our selling pricesHad [redacted] called for our selling price she would have easily received our selling price In summary there are two prices on our website, the retail MSRP and the discounted selling priceThe MSRP was unintentionally incorrect as a result of a typoThe actual selling price was correct in our system

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/15) */ Mr [redacted] chose not to pick up his vehicle after repairs were performed His vehicle was broken into and the police were called and the police went through the units on the lotThe fact that the police were called has never been in question It is also a fact that the Mr [redacted] has been in contact with Amy in the records office of the Fargo Police Department We have tried getting in contact with Mr [redacted] several times, and it is very difficult to get a hold of him The vehicle was stored at an unsecured facility as a result of Mr [redacted] choosing not to pick up his vehicle after the repair within a reasonable amount of timeAny potential insurance coverage of damage would be between Mr [redacted] and his own insurance company Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/03/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The original agreement of storage location was to be in a Secure locationTwo witnesses on file If the Fargo police were called, then why was the Department unaware of any vandalism when I finally stopped by and discussed with SargentAlso documented The comment of trying to contact me is what I heard indirectly too, but both my mobile and house phone have recorded messages and most people do not answer unknown numbersBut I do have saved messages and none state the I was to pick up my camper!! Third document of proof Forth ...there is action I can take or my insurance AMFAM will take for Fraud Thank you Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2016/03/22) */ We agree with Mr [redacted] that this may be an issue that should be resolved through the legal system and as a result we will no longer be commenting through the Revdex.com

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/15) */
Mr*** chose not to pick up his vehicle after repairs were performed
His vehicle was broken into and the police were called and the police went through the units on the lotThe fact that the police were called has never been in question
It is also a fact that the Mr*** has been in contact with Amy in the records office of the Fargo Police Department
We have tried getting in contact with Mr*** several times, and it is very difficult to get a hold of him
The vehicle was stored at an unsecured facility as a result of Mr*** choosing not to pick up his vehicle after the repair within a reasonable amount of timeAny potential insurance coverage of damage would be between Mr*** and his own insurance company
