Hello This is the disgusting condition my food was served to me (Picture Attached)

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I e-mailed an executive at White Castle, and they sent me a coupon for veggie sliders to replace the that were underdone Since White Caste keeps messing up, instead of working on improving themselves, they have decided that I should no longer be a customer I guess they only want
customers who want underdone food and subpar service Although this complaint can now be closed as resolved, I still think it’s rude their customer service never responded to my original e-mail I sent through whitecastle.com Thank you for your assistance in this case

Good Morning,This customer issue has been resolved The district supervisor has called the customer below and resolved this issue on the customer end We will have a conversation with Wendy (team member) as to what happened, along with documentation written in job record Date: 07/15/
Time: 6:42PM From the Store Manager: I reviewed Rapid EyeRegisters were not working, Wendy was taking orders. Customer ordered cheeseburgers with no onions Customer asked if sandwiches came with no pickles. Wendy stated, “They doWhat else can I get for you?” Customer asked againWendy replied, “They do, What else can I get for you?” Customer said she wanted to alter order and that is why I didn’t tell you. Wendy repeated order and said, “Ok, What else can I get for you?” Customer pulled out of lineCustomer came inside at 6:44PM. Customer did not place order, but there was conversation between her and WendyWendy did apologize several times. When the customer was spoken to, she was upset that Wendy kept interpreting her when ordering with “What else can I get for you?” and not allowing her to finish orderShe also was upset that Wendy did not ask her if she wanted sandwiches with no pickle, after she inquired. Our General Manager will have a coaching session with Wendy to stop asking customers, “What else can I get for you?” so many times and to be more aware of helping customer through the order process.If you have any other questions or concerns about this matter, please feel free to contact us!

We are in contact with *** *** and are working with her to resolve her issue. We are connecting her to the General Manager of the Castle she went to. We will let you know as soon as it is resolved

He should be receiving it in the mail It was mailed out on Monday, June 27, Please let him know that it is on the way and if he has any more concerns please let us know.

Complaint has been sent to Chicago Regional management who are investigating and will contact the guest.?

The response from the general manager is blatantly condescendingPerhaps this is why "Wendy" demonstrated poor customer service and does not feel that her behavior was distastefulThe issue here is in the toneGood customer service is a makeup of several factors, tone and listening being two of themThe issue here was a condescending tone and interruption of customerIt is clear that both Wendy and the GM lack the soft skill of customer service and it is unlikely that either of the two can be corrected through coachingAs a customer, I would not recommend a position with the company in customer service.Please forward ro the distric manager.There is nothing else further.? ? ?
