We used this company three years ago and were completely satisfied with the 6' bathroom vanity they custom built and installedWe recently ordered another very similar vanity for another bathroom in our houseWhen we tried to contact the company to follow up on a very unsatisfactory installation (cabinet was damaged, poor quality finish to drawers, floating box not properly built etc.) we got no return on emails or phone calls for days until we called and asked for the managerUltimately we rejected the drawers which they said were not properly finished and a second very good installer came twice to fix all the damage and improper installation by the first guyIn addition because we got no call back again regarding the custom built mirror not mounted properly we purchased our own hardware and remounted the mirror so it was stableWe were a small project but deserved a better product, installation and professional communication from this company
