This consumer contacted us stating that he purchased two seed bombs from CVS and that they failed to sproutAs per our guarantee to grow policy, we sent the consumer replacement seed bombsHe claims that the replacements failed to sprout as well and asked for a refundWe asked the
consumer to provide us with proof of purchase from CVS which he failed to doWe then offered to give the consumer another product but received no responseWe would like to know why the consumer is wanting $when the two seed bombs were originally $each at CVS

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statement is falseI called on 1/15/at 3:00pm.......1/24/at 11:08am, 1/25/at 3:34pm, 1/26/at 8:18am and again at 3:03pm, 1/30/at 7:42am, 7:47am, and again at 8:14amI left messages and received only ONE call back on 1/26/at 6:48am....I was sleeping at 6:48am......Only after I made this complaint did I get a call backI asked her why I had to spend over weeks to get a response and a call back...she said she was busy running from the office to the wearhouse....again this is not my problemThis is horrible customer service and I want others to be aware of this companyI will see if I actually get the seeds in the mail.

With regards to this consumer,when we first received his request, we took his address down to send him out the three cactus seedsMultiple emails of the same thing automatically go to our spam folders. We have already packed and sent his seedsPlease note that all requests sent that
include addresses are sent readily/automatically to our processing system to get sent out.We are sorry for the inconvenience and will work at rectifying the situation

Hello,We received a call from the consumer in question on 1/25/18. I called on 1/26/18 and left a message asking for the consumer to call back and provide her mailing address so that we could send her out replacement seeds. Our guarantee to grow policy is that if a consumers kit fails to sprout, we...

will send that consumer replacement seeds. This can be requested via our website or via phone, which both state to leave your mailing information. The next call I received was on 1/30/18 which still didn't contain the requested mailing address information. I called again on 1/30/18 and received the mailing address information from the consumer and mailed her out replacement seeds that day.

I am not sure what items you tried to grow.  You must be doing something seriously wrong for none of them to grow.If you shared which items, I could offer you more specific advise.The dates overstickered refer to when they were printed, not filled.  they are stamped or stickered when we...

I completely reject DuneCraft's response, and urge other consumers to file their own complaints with the Revdex.com, state consumer affairs agencies and state attorneys general.It seems incredible that a company would lie to avoid issuing a very small refund, but here we have an extremely dismaying case study. The only true aspect of the response is that DuneCraft did send replacement "bombs," even though I made it clear from the start I was seeking a refund. The company never asked for proof of purchase and never offered to provide some unspecified "other product."The claim that DuneCraft "received no response" to its messages is the most incredible lie: I have emailed this company dozens of times, and always encounter the same arrogant response (when there is a response) that "we don't issue refunds." The price of $21.50 is what I actually paid for these bombs, including the sales tax, but if DuneCraft really wants to insist the total amount is $10.77, let them issue a check for that amount. Of course they won't do it, because no matter what the package says this oily company will not stand behind their clearly defective product.This experience really makes one wonder what kind of business would spend months arguing over a small refund instead of immediately doing the right thing. Perhaps a company whose ethics are the only thing it has ever successfully placed in the dirt.
