Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for usAll exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budgetThe work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refreshIn the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom islandThe family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplaceWe have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan ContractingWe recommend them without reservation

“Tim was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent. We recently bought a 92 year old Craftsman home that needed some plaster, drywall, & electrical repairs along with painting several rooms. We had an acoustic tile ceiling in our livingroom & going up our main staircase to the upstairs level. The drywall & crown moulding that replaced the acoustic tiles is seamless followed by a perfect paint job! It's so nice to sit in our livingroom & look up at that ceiling! Tim & his crew are very professional & topnotch! McLennan Contractors has been very professional since they have completed several projects at our newly purchased Lancaster, PA home. The owner and all of his employees have been very respectful to us and our property! They have kept us abreast of all work, weather related changes to work schedules, and clarified and confirmed our wants/needs for each project. They have replaced windows, installed siding, and painted to our thorough satisfaction! The communication with the office administration has been easy an wonderfully positive. I am pleased to have had them working on our home!
