[redacted] I would like to thank you for coming in and sitting with me, although the circumstances are unfortunateI am glad that we were able to resolve all of your dissatisfactionsI thank you for allowing me to explain our side of the scenario When we were informed of your co-signer we were excited to be able to show you several cars that were more to your likingDue to the fact that we required the co-signer to sign paperwork we allowed you to take your new car homeWhen we failed to see the co-signer's portion of the contract signedThe events described in the complaint arose When it became apparent we would not be able to secure the co-signers permission to submit the loan to the bank we attempted to furnish a car that would work for your individual approvalWhen we could not locate one in our inventory that you liked we started the process to bring your trade in back to our locationIt was off site but in the possession of McLeod autosales and not soldUnfortunately when we set things in motion, to return your trade in to you, the time frame put you at an inconvenience In an attempt to rectify the inconvenience in the most timely manner possible we came to the following terms: Refund of your deposited down paymentPay off in full your trade to include daily per-diem Once again I thank you for your time and patience through this unfortunate scenarioI believe we ironed it out to the best possible outcome.Very Respectfully, [redacted] McLeod Autosales [redacted]

Mrs [redacted] -***, Thank you for allowing us to secure your financingWe do specialize securing financing for people in tough credit situations We do have financing secured on several vehicles that are present on the lotWe have secured conventional lending pending a few stipulations on your end We did provide you a loaner vehicle for you to use until financing was completedWe do so as a courtesy to our customers, especially when they are without transportation When you made the decision to pursue other options with your vehicle purchase we initiated a partial refund as is our procedureIn a scenario such as this where there are financing options we refund the majority of the contracted down payment while reserving a small admin fee Please reach out to me if you would like to go over financing options we do haveMcLeod autosales will be more than happy to apply your assessed admin fee back towards your downpayment I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you for your service to our great countryHere in [redacted] we are all too proud to serve our current soldiers and veteransThe majority of our customers are military aswell as our staff and management

I am rejecting this response because it's simply a form letter sent out to the Revdex.com to try to make Mccleod look good! Reality is these people are scammers and liarsThey never financed me so no money should have exchanged hands nor lender for that matter! They say I killed the deal but there never was a deal because I had no financing for the car I wanted*** the so called finance manager said I had been approved from prestige financial servicesMy friend used to work for them and informed me they wouldn't approve the loan because the mortgage on my house wasn't current! I informed *** immediately and he confirmed this with the finance companyThat's when I asked for my money back he was trying to put me in a car I didn't want! There was never a deal McCleod! You can't force someone to buy a car they don't wantTheir customer service was also horrid when the whole time I was using every dollar and getting my mortgage up to dateThey won't take my phone calls when they do they're very rude*** even told me at one point I don't have to give you anything repeatedly and said if I called up there one more time I wouldn't get anythingLittle does *** know I monitor my calls and I have him on my answering machine saying he would give me a full refund$May be small to you *** but I'm a single parent with two kids on a fixed incomeIf you couldn't get the financing you should of just let me on my way but you ripped me off and added insult to injury! You keep hanging up on me and I'll have no choice but to take you to court! I've had loaners from car lots before and I had to sign paperwork I signed nothing for a Kia RioI suggest you take the money out of ***s check maybe he won't screw up next timeI tried to do right from the beginning!Regards*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:these are a bunch of lies. They are just covering their tracks & I have no way 2 prove these lies. My one question 2 them is this. If I did apply with them, what job did I say I'm working at? Because I have not worked since 2009.
