Complaint: [redacted] Austin, Texas, September 23, REPLY to Revdex.com Complaint: [redacted] (MCM FUNDOME, Odessa, Texas) [redacted] & [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This hotel hotel front desk people were loose cannon, and sales management never returned customers phone calls Ms [redacted] is outright lying to cover for their action In fact, she is the one front desk manager we dealt with The problem in the first room assigned was not AC In fact, that room's AC was the best The known problem was there was no water pressure at all if we take a shower, unless we don't mind BOILING ourselves We tried to take a bath instead, and it took FOREVER to fill it up! The second room AC was the problem and staff was called up to witness how WARM the room was, right in the middle of the summer in West TexasAfter WAITING and CALLING back and forth, the Philippina lady finally moved us to another room on the insideWe only there for two nights for a High school reunion, and most of our time there was to PACK and MOVE All their front desk people have a nasty attitude Being in the Travel industry, we travelled the World and stayed at all kind of lodging from small two stars hotel to Five star historical castle This hotel accommodations, and FRONT DESK STAFF's attitude are the WORSE we have ever experienced I noticed they don't list Corporate office contact anywhere, and you can tell their Front Desk people are careless about their customers We were talking to other High school reunion atrtendees who were staying at the hotel, and they ALL complained about the Front desk service, in response to the room's problems Many of them had TOILETS' problem The second room we were assigned had a slow flushing toilet, but I figure we were luckier than some of our peers Revdex.com is a neutral party, and a respectable representative for consumers I hope you don't ignore this, and take the MCM Fundome (West Texas)'s words for itJust visit Trip Advisor and verify their rating for yourself Since contacting the FRONT DESK STAFF who originally the source of the complaint was inefficient, We would appreciate your help to trave out the direct contact of the hotel's Management at their CORPORATE HEADQUATER to report this matter Sincerely, [redacted] *& [redacted]

We are rejecting this response because: This is a tactic to wear our legitimate complaint out We do not have time to going around and waiting to get nowhere on telephone The business should simply give us name of corporate director, his email address or corporate office fax number to simply forward our documented complaint

Guest booked reservation online for exterior room
"margin: 0.25pt 0.35in 0.0001pt 0.25in;">Guest complained about A/C not working, so guest was then offered to move to a different roomThey were given keys to view another room and did not like that roomGuest wanted to be inside the hotel so we moved the guest to the inside and honored that rateMaintenance was notified about the original rooms A/C complaint and they discovered that there were no problems
Assigning rooms to guest is based upon availability at the time of check in and not the booking room rate
Guest was told that we do not allow ping-pong on Sundays until after 2pmWe have a large Sunday brunch open to the public EVERY Sunday and we do not want ping-pong balls flying into the other guest while they are trying to eat
This guest was very rude and the language that she used directed towards my front desk staff is not toleratedI went back and watched the video of the entire interaction because our hotel does take complaints very seriousAfter viewing the tape, I am confident that the front desk staff handled their end of this situation with the upmost respect, courtesy and professionalism
