Attached is the signed buyer's order signed by both [redacted] and [redacted] that clearly shows sales price and all fees associated with the purchase of their vehicle.  We would like to note that it is common practice to negotiate a deal with an estimated dmv fee.  The motor vehicle fee...

is difficult to calculate during initial negotiations due to the fact that so many factors are involved in calculating this fee.  Once a deal is negotiated in our showroom, our customer moves to the finance office where the finance manager obtains an actual motor vehicle fee from the motor vehicle on-line system before collecting payment from the customer.  This process is in place in order to collect the proper amount from the customer and is no way meant to confuse or mislead the customer.  Most customers negotiate sales price, not the final out of pocket. The bottom line is that this customer signed a legal document that clearly reflects the price of the vehicle and all fees associated with the sale.  There was no deception involved.  The registration and title fee charged on the buyer's order was $276.00  Actual fees came to $286.00.  Registration was $271, the temporary plate was $5, and the cost to reassign the trade title was $10.00  We were entitled to collect $286.00, but only collected $276.00.  There is no refund due.

I am rejecting this response because:It does not respond to the complaint that was specified.  How is it possible that two other places of business find nothing wrong with a part that Toyota alleged needed to be replaced.  Toyota of Morristown basically is saying "we are certified to diagnose problems" without addressing how this misdiagnos or fraud could have occurred.  They sidestepped the issue because there is no legitimate way to acknowledge the fraud.  Hopefully, I will find a way for "[redacted]" or [redacted] to intervene if this is not resolved.
