Great experience. Company new what the codes are for my particular project, and walked me thru everything code related. Explained all options for my project based on my zoning, setbacks, and that I even had to apply for another approval by planning department. Very easy to talk to, quick to answer all emails, and returns voicemail within a day or two. Permit was smooth at county, was never rejected for comments or code issues. Prices are extremely reasonable, in fact, I think kind of on the low end for the services they offer. I would absolutely refer this company to anyone.
