Customer was fully explained about work and service contractthey were given an option for to do the work with and without service contractthey were also given the choice to find other person to repair their heating equipmentThey were explained about
the no refunds policy and oil purchases and they agreed when contract was purchasedAnd they signed and agreed to everything that it was explained to them.
Respect is always given to all of our customers, but if you are disrespectful to any of our staff, we are not politically correct, we will be firm, stern and very direct to ensure our staff is treated respectfully.This will be our last response to the ***, via Revdex.com,no refund will be given, they were aware of the terms of service contract and repair and they are trying to manipulate facts and get money from a service they were fully explained at time of repair they needed to obtain

HAD THIS COMPANY COME TO MY HOME FOR MY YEARLEY SERVICE WHICH WAS JUST A CLEAN AND SERVICE THE SERVICE MAN BILL MCMANUS BROKE MY UNIT AND TRYED CHARGING ME HUNDREDS MY UNIT WAS INSTALLED IN AND IS STILL NEW TO ME,NEVER IN THE WORLD WOULD I THINK THIS COMPANY WOULD TRY TO BREAK MY HEATER/BOILER AND SELL ME SOMTHING I DONT NEEDI HAD ANOTHER COMPANY TELL ME THE PREVIOUS COMPANY (MCMANUS) HAD BROKEN MY OIL BURNER NEVER WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! AND NEVER RECOMEND AT ALLPRICES ARE VERY HIGH AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR FRUAD TO THE PA.AG OFFICE AND WILL BE MY NEXT COMPLAINTI HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL THE PART ON MY UNIT FOR MY HEATER TO WORK .THIS COMPANY HAS HIGH COMPLAINTS WITH PA WORK FORCE WEBSITE FOR SERVICE /OIL DELIVERY IN PHILADELPHIA I WILL ADD MY COMPLAINT THERE AND AG OFFICE AS WELL POSSIBLE SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Unable to facilitate for customer
