I requested insurance for my 18-wheeler and told the company that two names needed to be on the policy when getting the insurancehours later I received the insurance policy with only my nameI contacted the insurance company the same day to inform them that the information was incorrect and needed to be changed in order to submit it to my finance companyI was told the information would be correctedThe next day I contacted the insurance company and was advised that they didn’t think it could be changedI contacted my employer to let them no that I was getting told different things so they insured the truck, and I requested my refundI requested my refund of almost $by phone, then I was told to request it by email, now I am being told that it has to be a form filled outI have gone in circles for weeks now which is totally ridiculousI would just like to receive my money back from this very unprofessional company as soon as possible
