McMillan Sedation Dentistry

I paid McMillan Dentistry $10,000 deposit for a dental procedure. The financial agreement signed by myself and a member of the McMillan team stated that I would receive a full refund as long as I cancelled more than 10 days prior to the scheduled procedure. I cancelled 44 days prior. When I called to cancel I was told there may be a cancellation fee. I received a $5,000 refund with no explanation as to why. The financial agreement we signed mentioned nothing about a cancellation fee. I emailed McMillan and asked for an explanation as to why I only received 50% of my deposit back and received NO response. I can provide copies of the financial agreement called "Patient Payment Agreement".
