Wendall was great. We purchased a used stackable unit from Wendall off Facebook marketplace. Unfortunately soon after purchasing we discovered the unit needed an o-ring replaced on the fill hose and the control board. He followed up with us the next day inquiring about the units (which was nice) and we informed him about the issues. Wendall offers a 30-day warranty for his appliances so he quickly came out and replaced both at no additional cost to us. He's really a man of his word. We really appreciated his honesty through the process and work to get them back up and running.

I first called him after I got his name from craigslist. He came to my house to give me an estimate on repairing my dryer, which I had under a home warranty contract. The Choice Home Warranty had been out twice to repair it with a service call of 60 and then had to get parts etc. and the dryer was again making a squeaking noise. I had cancelled the home warranty contract because there was always some excuse for them not being able to repair or replace an item and each appliance was another 60 dollars. When *** came it took him five minutes to fix the dryer and while he was there he took a look at my dishwasher, which was not working either. After looking at it he determined themain circuit board was fryed and a new one would cost almost $400. plus install. He found me a really good used dishwasher and the total tab including the dishwasher and service call was $215.00. He was very honest, professional, and knew his stuff. It is a relief to find someone who can do an honest job at a fair price... From now on, home warranty programs, can kiss my coattails, where I have hanged mistletoe just for them
