I apologize for the frustration The *** request for *** was processed on 1/24/and confirmed as delivered to the panelist's *** account on or prior to 2/1/2014; a total of days
I'm not certain where the confusion about the processing time comes in
I have pasted below the information on our FAQ page along with the information on our CashOut page Both make it clear the payment process can take up to two weeks depending on how close to a Monday the request is made
Additionally, the site also displays the following after the request is made In this case, for the amount of ***

I have spent a great deal of time looking into this complaint Largely the information supplied by our helpdesk to the panelist was correct We show the panelist has responded to survey invitations and completed Two she has been credited for and is due for crediting late
last week or early this week As noted in our member terms and on all of our invitations, credits take place 10-days after a study closes Not when the respondent completes the survey This is in accordance with CASRO guidelines requiring us not to pay for bad data Once a study closes, our internal quality assurance team, as well as those from our client, review the data for validation If this process completes sooner than the 10-days, it is always credited at the time of approval
While reviewing the panelists study history (see attached), there were a few things of note First, there are breakoffs - surveys where the panelist started the survey but did not finish the survey Most notably, I found three surveys (highlighted in attachment) where the panelist did not qualify where she spent more than the acceptable amount of time for screening - typically minutes These were studies hosted outside of MindField Online, as noted on our initial landing page, so I reached out to the client on these studies While the details from the clients did not prove to be definitive, in the end, I decided to apply a credit for these three studies due to the time that was spent prior to disqualification
I believe this answers the panelists questions about crediting and our efforts are well within the terms set forth in our membership process Additionally, we have provided credits beyond what was initially required

Good Morning I apologize for the delayed response as the Revdex.com email found it's way to our S*** folder and only landed in my inbox on Monday I was able to research the account and can largely confirm the information provided by the panelist I show all pending credits
to date are $ I have approved an early credit for all studies that have not previously been credited Some had been credited since the time of this email Our invitations and policies clearly indicate that in accordance with CASRO guidelines, all studies will go through a data review process at the client end and upon approval will be credited within 10-days of the study (not individual survey) completion For most studies, this happens within several days to a week but some extended studies require longer unfortunately Also, please confirm the email address you are using is *** There is no record in our ticket system logs of any emails from the email address or panelist ID Any tickets that are not responded to within hours are flagged to senior management We can also receive calls during business hours M-F at *** Thank you

GreetingsI have provided two attachments One is the transcript of the communication initiated through our helpdesk team The other is an up to the minute spreadsheet of the survey history for the panelist making the complaint As you can see, Ms*** has completed
one survey to date She is also active in three multi-part surveys There is one survey that is now closed that she started but did not finish All other surveys she has either disqualified or overquota'd in One of those surveys is over our standard screener length of minutes, so I will have a $incentive (the standard incentive for up to minutes) added to her account The one complete is still live in field and will be credited to her account within 10-days of the study completion in accordance with our member terms and the terms outlined on all of our survey invitations The same will hold true for the multi-part completes assuming Ms*** follows through with her commitments for those surveys.
Based on all of this information, I have summarized what Ms*** has earned/will earn below, if she finishes the multi-part completes:

*** = $In progress
*** = $In progress
*** = $In progress
*** = $Bonus incentive due to length of screener
Total Upon Completion of all Multi-part Studies = $
As previously mentioned, our member terms and survey invitations both make it clear that ALL incentives will be credited within 10-days of the study completion This allows our clients the opportunity to review the data and eliminate any data deem to be of poor quality and in accordance of our Data Quality Policy This information can be reviewed with all of our other policies at MindFieldOnline.com or by clicking on the appropriate links in our survey invitations I hope this resolves any confusion on Ms*** part We look forward to her completion on the committed studies and will gladly provide the incentives as outlined here and in our survey invitations

I just logged in to check the status on this and notice the response I posted last week doesn't show in the trail of conversation I have reposted it below:
I apologize for the frustration. Upon looking up these studies I have
confirmed
that study *** closed at the end of February. This study was live in field for an extended
period of time (over three months). At
the time of this complaint the study was inside of the 10-day data review
period. It has since fully closed and
the data approved. My system shows this
credit was applied early this week. Regarding
study *** this study is currently live and is expected to close by the end
of this week or early next week. There
is, of course, the 10-day data review period and crediting will take place
as soon as it fully closes as well. We
do show this respondent as a complete for the study in our systemPlease let
me know if I can be of any further assistance

I signed up with McMillion Research LLC's Mindfield site I've been a member for quite a whileWhile they provide many survey opportunities, they are horrible in holding up their end of the dealYou are supposed to be credited for each survey you do within 10-per their own statement on each survey they send out Yet that is NOT the caseIt takes months to get creditedI have emailed them a number of times just to get credited, otherwise, this doesn't happen I did a survey in February of this year, and still haven't been credited They claim they have to wait until the survey has to close out before they can credit me, but this is a lieWhy state I will get credit 10-days after finishing a survey, if that's not the case I have worked with another survey website who offers surveys from the same companies that Mindfield currently doesThat site credits you immediately for each survey, and when I cash in rewards, I immediately receive my reward, no waiting There is a problem hereMcMillion doesn't treat their survey participants with respect They are not compensating me for my time to help them out, which in turn benefits them, and makes them a lot of money This desperately needs to be fixedI have emailed them twice in the last month over crediting my account for surveys I have completed over the last months, and I am now being ignored

Unfortunately, I have little more I can offer I provided a very comprehensible review of the account and the money potentially due Ms*** Everything is duly covered in the Member's Terms which were agreed to; the survey invitations; and additional site documentation we provide

We are a little perplexed here.  We do show the account deactivated by the user which explains why the consumer doesn't have access.  I am also unable to research the support discussions since the email used for inquiry is different than the email the account was setup...

I believe this was the primary purpose behind the complaint and was already in progress which the consumer seems to acknowledge in their verbiage by stating we responded about the [redacted] credit only.  If there is more that is needed, please let us know.
Regarding the closed account, we have a policy that any user closed account cannot be reopened by user request for 90 days.  This is to protect us from various tech and other related attacks.  If the consumer would like to reopen the account she can request this through our support department via telephone at [redacted]

[redacted] I have every email I sent, so not having any record is ridiculous.  Crediting accounts used to be in 10 to 14 days, My pending credits dated back 7 months. It's sad it took this complaint to resolve a problem for a member of 10 years.
