Dear Customer,I would first like to extend an apology on behalf of Palama Supermarket.? You are absolutely correct in expecting our business to carry products that are both safe and appealing and we take great care in trying to provide products that customers are satisfied with and look for
time and time again.? Upon learning about the complaint regarding the [redacted] Beer Monday morning, we contacted the distributor and removed all of the [redacted] and **? Lager stock from our shelves.? Unfortunately, we do not import this product directly ourselves from Korea and go through a Hawaii authorized distributor.? As such, we depend on the distributor's inventory and merchandising to keep our shelves stocked with [redacted] and **? Beer.? It is unacceptable that we did not catch the date issue when we took deliver on the 8th of this month.? I have expressed our disappointment and concern regarding this product to the distributor and we have stopped carrying it.I would also like to humbly extend an apology regarding the way the supervisor handled the complaint.?
