There was obviously a miscommunication I told the customer the fact that his tank was for a back up fuel for his back up generator he was a low priority as we are trying to get our heating and hot water customers hooked up before the winter I told him maybe call some other propane companies and see if they were less busy they could help him His generator is fully functional and runs on Natural Gas, so I let him know a better time to do the project would be in the early spring after the winter rush had subsided I never promised him any time or date He requested a date and I said I would do the best I could, but the first big winter storm rolled in and we were slammed
