We understand that the customer had their power turned off for non-payment March 2, 2020 and was required to pay in full with an after-hours charge prior to reconnection.The Field Representative delivered the Disconnect Notice to the location March 2, 2020 around 11:30 am. There was no answer at the residence so the notice was left on the door and power was disconnected.The customer called around 4:40 pm on March 2, 2020 to inquire about getting service restored. It was explained to the customer that the balance needed to be paid in full before power could be restored and any appointment to restore services after 4:30 pm would require an after-hours charge of $150 unless they were willing to wait until the following day during business hours which would not incur the after-hours charge.The customer came in at 4:54 pm and paid the balance in full including the $150 after-hours charge and was reconnected shortly thereafter.A blank copy of our Disconnect Notice has been included.
