Attorney Mark Steinberg took $1263.00 from my weekly Total Temporarily Disability Payment's, to pay his Attorney Fee before my case was over, then filed a Petition to be Release as Attorney of Record. This Attorney knows that Atty. fee's do not get paid from TTD Payments, only from Permanent Disability Payments & only after the case is over.
