I have to say that when we met he was very professionalOnce the contract was signed and half of the money given to him for supplies he was incredibly hard to get a hold of, at times not responding for or daysIt's been over months now and there is still no fence or the supplies, mind you the fence was promised a week after the contract was signed
On September 5, 2015, I signed a Contract with McMurphy's FenceThat Contract provided for the furnishing and installation of feet of four-foot tall PVC fencingThe total Contract amount was $2,and I paid a 60% deposit in the amount of $1,at the time of execution of the Contract
Since the execution of this Contract, no work has been done, and Jacob has only given one excuse after another why the work hasn't been done Like I read in a previous complaint, he promised to be at my house on a certain date to begin work and he was a "no show" and "no call" After calling him numerous times he finally called me back with a lame excuse
I have been friends with his mother for years and only contacted him because she said he is starting his fence business and needs the work
My attorney has contacted Jacob and he was to send a check to my attorney by Nov 15, 2015, Jacob did not send my $deposit to my attorney
Now I'm having to spend more money $to file a claim in small claims court, plus my attorney fees
