disposition letter attachedHad the tenant contacted our company initially the issue could have been resolved without the involvement of the Revdex.comThe complainants security deposit check will be mailed to the tenant today 11/14/Our records ,which include pictures of the home prior to the tenant moving in, reflect that the home was not in the condition described by the complainant, but was clean and in excellent move in conditionI have attached a link to the rent ready pictures as evidence verifying our positionI would also like to note that the complainant did not provide a single shred of evidence (other than hearsay) to substantiate her claim. And I would expect the Revdex.com to exonerate our company of this complaint / dispute.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI have yet to receive the check stated to be to mailed 11/14/I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI will like to thank them for being honest and returning my depositThey stated I did not reach out but I do want them to know I did send a certified letter along with many photos of the home during moand receipts of cleaning the home.
