1. Consumer did not hire McNabb Cleaning to clean her home. The cleaning was done because a long time customer of McNabb Cleaning gave it to her ([redacted]) as a gift. My customer felt sorry for her.
2. My cleaning lady did not knock over...

the mirror or use execive force to clean the mirror. She just touched the mirror to clean it and it fell over.
3. I talked to [redacted] about the mirror. [redacted] said it cost $200.00.
At that point I kinda realized I was getting scammed. My cleaning lady acted like the mirror was $40.00 tops to replace. Next I heard from my customer who sent me over that [redacted] S. said the mirror was $150.00. Anyway I am sorry [redacted] that your down on your luck. If you really do have the receipt and really did purchase it 2 months ago and it really was that expensive - you probable can return it and get it exchanged.
