McNabb Roofing Company Inc. Reviews (1)
Review: When I called McNabb Roofing in 2000 for a re-roof, I did so on the recommendation of my insurance company. What a mistake! Not only was the roof poorly installed (no flashing installed around chimney; 10 years later the skylight has detached from the flashing--if they actually installed any around the skylight) and leaked within 9 months (a huge flood of water poured into my bedroom where there had never been a leak!), calls to McNabb about the problem were worthless--as apparently was their "3 yr"warranty of workmanship. (The owner came out and got on my roof and declared the leak was due to something totally unrelated. I know, because I had a handyman fix what McNabb refused to do!)
They had failed to replace a section of the roof (they were supposed to replace the whole roof) and this section looks terrible (and, I have learned from another contractor) is rotted and soft.) Now only 13 years after the installation, I need a whole new roof.
Bottom line--it is a big mistake to call this company!Desired Settlement: Recognition on the company's rating with Revdex.com--or that the company would finally honor what they failed to honor years ago.
