I hired [redacted] McNabb to do roofing and other general repairs caused by the hail storm in Phoenix in October 2010. He was recommended by my son's boss. He reroofed the house and did some painting but did not complete the repairs. I signed over to him three checks from my insurance company totaling over 16,000 dollars. I have contacted him several times but he brushes me off and fails to follow up. I am disabled and living on a fixed income. If he does not complete the work as agreed or give me a refund for uncompleted work I will not be able to make the rest of the repairs.
