I feel like I was purposely mistreated after purchasing from Woody Anderson

My first contact with Woody Anderson Ford was on Dec 11. I explained to the sales person, David [redacted] that I was only collecting information and wasn't interested in making a purchase. He graciously offered to answer any questions I might have. I walked around the lot for about 15 minutes and was getting ready to leave when Mr. [redacted] approached me again and asked if I had any questions. I had a couple, which he handily answered. Then I left. I researched the Ford F-150 and 3.5L EcoBoost engine at home and decided to have another look. I went to the Woody Anderson's again and let Mr. [redacted] know that I wanted to have a "little closer look." Again no pressure. I compared 2015 models on the lot, David mentioned they had one 2016 King Ranch as I was getting ready to leave. I took a quick look, thanked David for his time, and we parted company. My wife and I returned on Dec 16th (Saturday) and asked to drive the 16 King Ranch. It was dark, and the dealership was getting to close, so we said we only needed a very short drive and would return if we thought we were interested. The demo ride was very informative. We liked the truck and said we'd return Monday. We were offered to take the truck home and return it Monday morning. We accepted the offer. We decided to buy the truck the next day and returned it the morning of the 18th. Before we closed the deal I went to the service department and was greeted by the service manager. I told him I was collecting information and had a few questions. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Now we are enjoying our new King Ranch and are still awed when we find little nuances that make our driving experience even more enjoyable. Here's why I feel Woody Anderson deserves to be complimented: 1) I was not badgered or pressured in any way on first contact; 2) I was given opportunity to roam around the lot alone and offered assistance just before I left, again without pressure; 3) I learned that Mr. [redacted] was new to the dealership and had been working there only a few months. Yet he was seriously knowledgeable about his products; 4) I was introduced to the sales manager as a courtesy. He checked in on us a couple times and made himself immediately available if David had any questions. Having management experience, I observed he was mentoring Mr. Tallent almost imperceptibly without getting in the way of his salesman closing the sale. The impression he left me was one of caring more than any lack of confidence in David's ability. Great teacher and very teachable student - a winning combination! 5) People at the dealership, even those who had no idea whether I was buying a vehicle or just window shipping, were universally friendly. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my wife and I were highly satisfied in every way.
I would recommend Woody Anderson Ford and Sales Associate David [redacted] in a heartbeat!
