I signed my contract October 7th Was told it would be a couple of weeks before work could start By the end of October I hadn't heard anything from them and started calling Had to call many, many times I actually began calling every dayIt wasn't until the week before Thanksgiving that I was given a return call The work was finally set up for the week after Thanksgiving The crew that showed up to do the roof repair, vent installation, and blown in insulation were very polite They weren't, however, very good While one was in the attic doing the blown in insulation, his foot came through my livingroom ceiling A large enough hole, that that very expensive insulation began falling into my livingroom When the guy finally came downstairs, he didn't even acknowledge what he did My husband had to go outside and bring him back in and show him He said that he hadn't realized what he had done, and he would have to call Jerry, one of the owners and see what would be done Then they packed up and left Never said another word about it My husband began calling the office and leaving messages It wasn't until the following day that we heard from the owner He said he would have to send out his drywall crew They came the following day They patched the hole, but that was it We had told them that we were planning on redoing that ceiling sometime in the near future anyhow, so they didn't have to do the finishing work, but the horrible "patch" job was unacceptable I had thought that at the very least, we would get a break on the bill, but we did not I addition, the blown in insulation was quoted as $for a MINIMUM inchest of insulation When we went into our attic, there were maybe inches throughout the attic Considerably less over the livingroom where a bunch of it had fallen through the hole (no, they did not automatically replace that) Again, my husband and I had to call multiple times to get this rectified Finally, had them come out, yet again, and take another day off of work, to have them complete the insulation In looking at the cost of the materials, we were charged over $an hour for labor, and that was just for the first time they were hereLastly, the soffit facia work that was done was not done correctly the first time and that crew had to return, remove what they had done, and completely redo it Overall, this was a frustrating, infuriating, and disappointing experienceWhen I received my bill, I wrote a letter, explaining my disappointment and sent it with my check I was hoping for a phone call, or some sort of communication to discuss the horrible experience I have never received a phone call, or a response to my letter The check was cashed and they were paid So I guess that they got out of me what they needed and just igored my complaints Extremely unprofessional company, in work quality and in customer service The ONLY professionalism that my husband and I encountered was Sarah, the poor girl that had to field all of our phone calls

I signed my contract October 7th. Was told it would be a couple of weeks before work could start. By the end of October I hadn't heard anything from them and started calling. Had to call many, many times. I actually began calling every day. It wasn't until the week before Thanksgiving that I was given a return call. The work was finally set up for the week after Thanksgiving. The crew that showed up to do the roof repair, vent installation, and blown in insulation were very polite. They weren't, however, very good. While one was in the attic doing the blown in insulation, his foot came through my livingroom ceiling. A large enough hole, that that very expensive insulation began falling into my livingroom. When the guy finally came downstairs, he didn't even acknowledge what he did. My husband had to go outside and bring him back in and show him. He said that he hadn't realized what he had done, and he would have to call Jerry, one of the owners and see what would be done. Then they packed up and left. Never said another word about it. My husband began calling the office and leaving messages. It wasn't until the following day that we heard from the owner. He said he would have to send out his drywall crew. They came the following day. They patched the hole, but that was it. We had told them that we were planning on redoing that ceiling sometime in the near future anyhow, so they didn't have to do the finishing work, but the horrible "patch" job was unacceptable. I had thought that at the very least, we would get a break on the bill, but we did not. I addition, the blown in insulation was quoted as $2200 for a MINIMUM 10 inchest of insulation. When we went into our attic, there were maybe 6 inches throughout the attic. Considerably less over the livingroom where a bunch of it had fallen through the hole (no, they did not automatically replace that). Again, my husband and I had to call multiple times to get this rectified. Finally, had them come out, yet again, and take another day off of work, to have them complete the insulation. In looking at the cost of the materials, we were charged over $400 an hour for labor, and that was just for the first time they were here. Lastly, the soffit facia work that was done was not done correctly the first time and that crew had to return, remove what they had done, and completely redo it. Overall, this was a frustrating, infuriating, and disappointing experience. When I received my bill, I wrote a letter, explaining my disappointment and sent it with my check. I was hoping for a phone call, or some sort of communication to discuss the horrible experience. I have never received a phone call, or a response to my letter. The check was cashed and they were paid. So I guess that they got out of me what they needed and just igored my complaints. Extremely unprofessional company, in work quality and in customer service. The ONLY professionalism that my husband and I encountered was Sarah, the poor girl that had to field all of our phone calls.
