When this matter was brought to my attention, I hired and paid a qualified professional to repir the damageDue to the fact that the home owners traveled between two residences, it was a challenge to confirm that the work I arranged to be done was completedI continuously tried to make this
situation right with no understanding or compromiseI later found out that the work had not been done and have since corrected and repaired the damageIt was repair approximately two weeks ago
