Dear [redacted] :Two guys from McNamara company stopped by on Decafternoon and verbally promised that their company would try to find a way to repair all the damages in my previous complain letter, NO any further action so far The explanation for not fixing our problem (by blaming homeowner association did not inform them our problem) is not acceptableWe found that the replacing cedar siding was done by their subcontractorThe company has no expertise to deal related quality problemIt seemed to me that they could know how to fix the door problem, but I doubted they could fix the window trim at my satisfactionThe McNamara company's attitude made them be untrusted to us, Meanwhile we did found a Pella certified contractor from Lancaster (miles away), the price is $for both the window and doorSo if the all repair not completed at my satisfaction in one week (by Jan.15, 2015) I'll use this contractor at their expense and keep all other legal option open.Sincerely

Dear [redacted]:
With Revdex.com's help and supervision, finally McNamara Company realized that they didn't have ability to fix our window trim problem and accepted our suggestion that we found other eligible contractor to fix at their expense. As Steven S[redacted] suggested, we kept portion of payment ($1100) waiting for all the problem be fixed, while we were looking for contractor, Steven took over it from us. More than two months passed, Nov 22, 2014, MaNamara Company sent us a letter trying to collect the unpaid portion of money ($1,100). Chris M[redacted] said Steven told him the repair jobs were done. I could not tell whom I could believe. Also, Steven's comments totally ignored our outside closet door problem in which we, as minority and senior, were treated unfairly. Please refer to our original complaint. I believe that the money is one thing, the principle is the most importants
After the company received our complaint through Revdex.com, on Dec.27, 2014, two guys from MaNamara company including Chris, who was Lhe person in charge on site, stopped by, they insisted that they did not know our outside closet door problem which was on the same to be fixed items list Steven passed to them and they did fixed some minor items on the same list. Also Chris insisted that he caulked the window including the top side, during the repair work, it was confirmed that what he said was totally false by our window contractor.
The MaNamara company didn't/couldn't replay your inquire, so passed our complaint to Steven S[redacted], although Steven is our homeowner associate president, his comments “They did a great job" couldn't represent our 56 homeowners without listening homeowner's complaining, too many unhappy homeowners around, Our homeowner associate led by Steven decided this big house Rejuvenation project without discussing with our homeowners at the first place, so his comments were either defensing himself or there was special relations between the MaNamara company and him and totally disagree his comments, I'm sure that lots of my fellow homeowners here will be with me.
The main purpose we filed this complaint was calling Revdex.com's attention to McNamara company's business practice and to give them the right rating to prevent other consumes have the same experience as we had.
Our window and door were repaired on Jan. 20, 2015. Again thank you for your help in solving our problem.Sincerely

To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Steven S[redacted].  I am President of the [redacted] Homeowners Association.
Chris M[redacted] of McNamara Masonry informed me of this complaint.  I oversaw the project that Chris and his team did at [redacted] recently, so I feel obligated to assist with this matter.  It was a large rejuvenation project that encompassed 56 townhouses.  It was a large challenging project.  They did a great job.
The work was challenging to get around some windows.  And this was the primary concern regarding [redacted]'s complaint.  When I inspected the finished work with Chris M[redacted] and then inspected it with the Chen's, they were not satisfied with how the trim of their windows was finished.  At that time, Chris agreed to take a partial payment.  Chris agreed to let them find someone to their satisfaction that specialized in [redacted] windows to adjust the trim accordingly. They withheld $1,100 and received a few bids.  Two bids came in at just over $1,000 and another at $300.  They proceeded to move forward with the $300 bid, but that contractor kept delaying the install and the work was never competed.
I recently visited the Chen's and told them that Chris is still okay if they need to use the full amount to resolve the matter and have a satisfied customer.  They agreed to move forward with one of the other bids.
I hope this helps in resolving this matter.
Kind regards,
Steven S[redacted]
