in and purchased a shoe and uses her store credit, on 07/10/15 returns that shoe for another shoe and on 07/17/15 she returns that shoe for store credit. When someone returns a shoe that is worn and not saleable we offer them another shoe or store credit. I don't know of another shoe store that takes back worn shoes that they have to throw away trying to please a customer. Hope to hear from Revdex.com soon, I've been in the business as a store owner for 38 years this is the first time I have heard from Revdex.com. We have a great customer relationship.
