Aweful. Did not replace bolts correctly and put a malfunctioning part in to my vehicle. Did not offer a refund.
We installed the part from O'Reilly's Auto Parts. This part has a lifetime warranty and all she had to do was go back to an O'Reilly's to get it replaced. We don't make the part, we only install them. Every bolt we install is torqued to the manufactures specification.
The part did not need replaced only a hose. You replaced something you did not need too. And the bolts were not torqued
