Below is our company response to the *** ***'s complaint.Customer service is very important to our companyWhen we have projects
which involve multiple trades it requires significant logistical consideration to ensure that all trades are well coordinated and job flow processes are maintainedThis can be challenging at times, however, it appears that our company performed well regarding the roofing, gutter, and painting projectsWhen gutters are involved with a concurrent roofing installation, often the gutters either have to be removed or have to be temporarily secured in the interim until the new gutters can be installedThis is often preferred as opposed to completely removing the gutters during the process which can lead to unnecessary flooding issuesThe final part of the project was the shutter installationThe roof, gutters, and painting were completed in a satisfactory manner, however, the final item, being the shutters, incurred a delayOur process focuses on obtaining all of the pertinent product information at the time of the sale, which would include the necessary information for ordering the shuttersThis normally would include the selection of the color, panel style, and overall dimensionsThis information was not obtained at the time of sale therefore a follow up visit would be requiredThis led to a delay in processingIt appears that the Field Service Manager certainly could have handled this in a more effective mannerWe don't make any excuses and we take full accountability for the delay in the shutter installationWe have also attempted to provide some service recovery options to offset these inconveniences and continue to try and earn the final satisfaction of the customerAt this time all items related to the installation have been completedWe stand behind our quality installations and will continue to provide the best possible customer service experience possible.Thank you,Mike M***McNeely Construction LLC*** ***
