Review: McNEIL-PPC's website promised me a $4 [redacted] coupon if I would sign up for their [redacted] Rewards program. So after I completed signing up for this rewards program I was sent an email that said "Thanks for downloading your first coupon" (see first page of attachment). "If you misplaced your offer, reprint it now". Since the coupon was not downloaded to me I tried to print out the coupon by clicking on the "Reprint Now" button. This also did not print out my coupon. So complained to McNeil-PPC several times and was told that they would not honor this agreement. I have attached McNeil-PPC responeses in the attachments.Desired Settlement: McNEIL-PPC should send me the $4 [redacted] coupon as promised for signing up for their [redacted] Rewards Program.

Review: I used this companies Rembrandt 2 Hour whitening kit and after the second 20 minute whitening session my front tooth was eaten by the product. I now have a huge gap in my front teeth and I can no longer smile. My teeth have been ruined by this product. I am so angry. I make a living as a bartender. My job requires me to smile to make tips. My life depends on these tips. I can no longer smile because my front teeth were destroyed by this product.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to fix my front teeth that were destroyed by their product. Either with implants or caps. I do not know anything about dental work but I would just like my front teeth repaired permanently.

Our Consumer Care Center has contacted this consumer to obtain further information and documentation in order to process a medical claim. To date, we have sent a follow-up email, left three voice mail messages and sent a letter via USPS requesting the consumer to contact us. We have received no response.
