covered by excellent warrantyHer system included a year parts warranty for the Heil outdoor unit and a year parts warranty for her indoor coilThis purchase also included a year labor warranty that does not expire until 07/31/We have been called out for service on 08/05/and 08/18/at no cost to herWe made adjustments on condensate trap and checked cycleWe also made another stop by Ms *** in August to make sure those adjustments were still workingWe have not received another call from her sinceI have attached a copy of her original proposal with her signature showing the total cost of replacementAll fees are listedThere were no hidden costsI explained everything to her up frontI also have the copy of the final sales slip showing the total finaced by her through GE financing and the date of installation I can send to youThis AC system has been in place for almost a yearWe back our equipment, our employees and this installationI do not feel we owe her any refundsThank you
