Review: ON FRIDAY MAY 31st McNEIL PAVING WAS TO PERFORM A SEALCOAT ON MY DRIVEWAY. MR. McNEIL CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT HIS PAVER WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR. BUT, HIS SON WOULD BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE OPERATION ON SATURDAY, JUNE 1ST...SO I AGREED. I WAS NOT THERE WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED. BUT, I HAD RESERVATIONS RIGHT FROM THE START WHEN I RETURED HOME THAT AFTERNOON ( I HAVE PICTURES ). BY MONDAY THE 3rd OF JUNE. I PLACED A CALL [redacted] TO MR. McNEIL'S CELLPHONE. HE RETURNED MY CALL THE NEXT DAY SAYING HE HAD ISSUES GOING ON. ONCE THAT WAS WORKED OUT, HE WOULD PERSONALLY SEE THAT THE WORK WAS COMPLETED SATISFACTORY. THIS HAS NOW BEEN GOING ON FOR 10 WEEKS WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS.Desired Settlement: GIVE ME WHAT HE PROMISED... " A SEALCOAT THAT WILL FILL ALL YOUR CRACKS & CREVICES, THAT YOU'LL BE HAPPY WITH. "

Review: Mcneil Paving gave me a quote on a pad for a basketball court with the dimensions of 45X25 the pad is 38x39x25 and the court was supposed to be smooth not lumpy and of better quality then I have. I have tried to call [redacted] several times but he won't return my call to try and resolve this matter. I have the receipt that I signed in our agreement and photo's of the pad/court .Desired Settlement: All I ask is that it be done right as the receipt says

Review: I hired McNeils paving to replace our driveway. They completed the job and paid them in full by check. After a few weeks the driveway/asphalt is giving way in a few places. I have called no less than 5 times requesting service or advice on how to fix driveway. I cannot get a phone call back or any response. The receipt states I must have them seal or do any repairs to have 1 year warranty stay in effect.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to explain why the driveway is coming up and losing asphalt daily or replace and seal driveway.
