August 11, 2015Dear [redacted] ,I am writing you in regards to the complaint we received from your officeThe complaint ID number is [redacted] [redacted] received two separate bills from our company in the amount of $reflecting Customer responsibility not covered by his insurance policyHe called our office and spoke to me with questions about why he was receiving bills when he had insuranceI explained to [redacted] that his insurance company had made payments total and the two payments of $were his responsibility and that insurance Companies will not pay towards what is a customer's financial responsibilityThe Customer was not happy about the information provided to himHe became increasingly irate, stating that he refused to pay money he owedUnfortunately, there was no way for me to help him to satisfy himHe owes the money and he refuses to pay.I hope this satisfies your concernsIf you have any further questions regarding the incident please feel free to contact us again.Best Regards,Dennis P
