This company will not answer phone calls. Will not service a unit under warranty that they installed.
Had the service techs ([redacted]) come out in the spring as our unit would not come out of the air condition cycle. At that time he said he would order the part and come back out and put it on. I have call [redacted] off and on since then and get told that he will be out and is a no show. [redacted] had given me his cell phone number and I call him direct. If you call the office you get a voice mail and they never call you back. Now [redacted] is not returning my calls. with the part that is out we have to run the unit on Emergency Heat. I have been told that he could not put the part on if it is raining, and that he will be out the next day and is a no show. This unit is under warranty. The unit is a Frigidaire Model # FT48F-02KA SERIAL # FTDXXXXXXXXX

Mr. M[redacted] scheduled to meet us when we arrived. He took the time to get to the bottom of the problem and was able to get us operational, even while waiting for the replacement part to arrive.

Two days later, a team member installed the part. Both heat and AC are now working again.

The unit is about 20 years old and we were impressed that they were able to repair instead of replace. It is rare to find a company who puts your needs first in a day of everything is disposable.
