We were originally out on 4/24/2017 for no power to the arizona room at Mr. [redacted]'s home. Our tech did his diagnostics and figured out that the issues was. There was a GFI that was tripped the tech reset the GFI and it was working properly when he left. Over a week later on 5/2/2017 Mr. [redacted]...
called in and said he was still having the same issues and I did state that if it was for the same issues we would apply the $120 he paid towards the repair depending on what needed to be done (due to not knowing if it would be over $120 to fix the issue or if it was related which was explained to Mr. [redacted]). Our tech went out to the home and adjusted the GFI and did tell Mr. [redacted] it was working but the breaker was being overloaded and should be replaced. We offered to apply the $120 towards the new breaker and Mr. [redacted] declined because the GFI was now working due to another adjustment to the GFI. (which is a temporary fix not a permanent fix). Mr. [redacted] declined any additional work so our tech left. Mr. [redacted] did not pay any other fees. Our services were rendered and no money or service is due on either end.
