[redacted] MCP Farms would like to respond to a complaint about our business, that was submitted on 9/20/2016. [redacted], sent us an email stating that he was unhappy with the fact that he ordered fresh olives on the 12th of September and paid 2 day am [redacted] was...

under the impression that the fresh olive harvest orders were sitting around our business waiting to be shipped out. This is not however how fresh olive orders work. We take orders and proceed to harvest olives to fill our orders (we print labels for our shipments,). [redacted] label was printed for [redacted] Savor which was a 6 dollar difference when shipped. We then process (olives go through a quality control measure to insure they are fresh and of great quality standard, with no leaves, twigs or other debris). After, processing our fresh olives we box them for shipping and apply labels. Olives are always kept in a cold room until they are picked up by [redacted]. [redacted], olive order was received on the 12th and a label was created but the shipment was not processed or picked up until the 16th and was delivered on the 21st.[redacted] sent a email and before we could address the email, he called our office and explained to us in a completely irrational and belligerent manner that the shipping was not correct. He explained that he put the order in on the 12th and he was expecting the orders to be shipped that day and get to him by the 14th. Two different employees tried to explain that Fresh Olive Sales are not sent out in that procedure and we tried to explain the process of sending out fresh olives. [redacted] was irrational and wanted instant gratification. Our employees offered to refund the excess shipping, refund all shipping and this did not satisfy [redacted]. The owner of M&CP Farms [redacted]), was given [redacted]s phone number and he was informed of the complaint. [redacted] then contacted [redacted] and explained the procedure and asked if he could return the entire shipping amount?. [redacted] than stated that his olives were delivered soft and not in good shape (he never mentioned this before). So [redacted] agreed to reship [redacted] a new case of olive (at no cost) with free shipping. [redacted] agreed to this offer to rectify this situation. [redacted] 2nd shipment was sent on September 23rd and was scheduled to be delivered on September 26th. If you have any questions please email/call using my information below.Thank you,[redacted]M&CP Farms[redacted]
