Dear Sir/Madam,I am rejecting the business reply. According to [redacted] from the business the claim was denied by the warranty company. The warranty company “Total Protect” said the repair service reported the dryer was used while under repair and burn out the computer. The warranty company therefore called the situation consequential damage and that is not covered. As stated in my initial report after the repair workers identify the problem that I did not know exists, that is the worn out heater and thermostat and removed the bad parts how could the dryer work without those parts. My initial call to the warranty company for the computer board that was malfunctioning not the other parts that were identified by the repair service men. Now I am in between the warranty company “Total Protect” and Merchant Repair Services. The warranty company is working on what the repair service report and the repair service is reporting the warranty company is refusing to repair the dryer. For this reason I decided to seek assistance form the Revdex.com because neither company is listening to anything I had to say and they closed the case. Again all I am asking for is to repair my dryer. The Warranty Company is Total Protect my account number is identified with my address and telephone number. [redacted]

Review: Home Warranty Service " Total Protect" was called for service on November 23rd, for my Dryer that comes on intermittently and for the last 3 weeks prior to 11/23/15 it did not come on. A service contract was placed with McPherson Appliance. 11/30/15 two workers from the McPherson Appliance came explained to them the on and off function of the dryer also only dry on one fabric cycle amidst the many cycles. On that day the dryer came on. The two workers open the dryer and said it was the blower wheel and the thermostat that was bad and they have to order the parts.

Two weeks later I called the company since I did not get any response. I called and the indicated the parts were pending delivery and scheduled an appointment for 12/21/15.

The same two workers came back to complete the job. On that day the dryer did not come on. The workers then reported to the company that the main control board was burnt out from using the drying while under repair.

The insurance company then close the case for consequential damage.

No questions were asked by the workers. They reported on their own what they assumed could be possible cause that prevent the dryer from coming on which is the reason the call was made for the service.

I felt I was scammed by workers who are inadequate in their profession and made false acquisition against me. I did not even plug in the dryer since after they left since the old parts were removed and further I did not sure if the order parts were replace.Desired Settlement: I am asking for my dryer to be repaired. I made my copayment of $75.00 which was my responsibility.
