I'm not going to give a refund when I tore out and replaced everything that was done in the backyard. With this weather, there is no way we could do this with the tools needed or else it would ruin his yard. I'm not gonna give the guy nothing after the way he talked to me. He wants
to call me and my dad things, so he is lucky I haven't shown up at his house. He calls me an ex-addict and tells me I need help. I told him he's barking down the wrong tree and I am a businessman and family guy. We have had so much rain in the last couple months that the machinery would ruin his backyard. We started this in November something so the weather has been the issue. I did more than $4,worth of work to his backyard so I'm not gonna give him no money. I have a lawyer too. The total job was for $9,and I did over half of the work. If he wants to go to court, we'll show his texts and my lawyer will take care of it
