storage, as it wastowed in on one calendar day (12:00am – 11:59pm) and retrieved by the complainant on the nextcalendar day.We do not dispute that the complainant’s vehicle was in our possession for the number of ours shenoted, however as dictated by the Massachusetts DPU, it was in our possession for two differentcalendar days, resulting in a charge for two days at $35 per day.
