I ordered a ring online; all their diamonds online look gorgeous and do not represent what you get at all, was unhappy and drove to LA to pick out a new one. They will easily take your money to upgrade.
I bought a princess cut 1.4Ct solitaire ring that was supposed to be SI2; she stood there and lied to my face saying the carbon dot you can see with your eye is not an I (inclusion) because otherwise the clarity is "flawless". I said that with SI 1-2 you are only supposed to see with 10x magnification, but she insisted that was not correct.
Anyway, took it to get it rated and the cut is " fair" when listed as good/ideal and the table is 80% giving it a larger face than it should have and the diamond is cut to make it heavier than it should be. The ring also appraised for over $3,000 less than their bloated, poorly rated diamond.
When I asked for a refund they said there's a 20% restocking fee and that they would email me back if I could return it. 2 weeks later, no email.
I will NOT go back and recommend that all stay away from this place. The ring I bought is a 1.4ct from them, but on a good cut stone measures almost identical to a 1-1.14ct stone.
Stay away! Customer service is poor unless you want to spend more $$
