My bathtub was leaking into my basementMcQuillan Bros Plumbing, Heating, and AC came the same day I called to request serviceThe two field service tech's, Greg and Zack, made an awesome team working quickly and efficiently after I approved the cost of what needed to be done to fix the tub leakI have had McQuillan out recently to look at my furnace and that was equally a very positive experienceI will use only McQuillan for my plumbing and heating going forward because their prices were reasonable, their service was top notch, and I trust them

I had a great experience working with McQuillan Bros Plumbing and Heating and highly recommend the company My recommendation stems from my experience working with Bryan, Kris, Dennis and Casey while having a furnace, humidifier and air filter system installed I contacted the company to have my furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner checked outThe furnace was old and hadn't been checked in three years, the humidifier didn't work and the air conditioner needed cleaning After Bryan checked out the furnace and humidifier, he reviewed his findings and explained the computer generated reports and allowed me to view the guts of the furnace via a pipe inspection cameraHe laid out the options for solutions and the cost for the repairs Before proceeding, I asked for the cost to install a new furnace, air cleaner and humidifier for comparison Bryan contacted the home office and set up an appointment with Casey and Dennis who presented all the options and pricing later that day Due to the cost to repair and the age of my appliances, I opted to install a new furnace, humidifier and filter systemThe project was scheduled for the next day and since the heat was off, they offered me a large space heater for the night Kris and Bryan arrived the next morning and the project was completed mid-afternoonThe furnace work area, floor area and carpets were cleaner when they left, than when they arrivedThey also put tags on all my water and gas shut off valves and explained the difference between using my main water shutoff and my secondary shutoff in an emergency I'll use McQuillan Bros for any future plumbing or heating issues and I recommend them to you The employees are professional, carry the required certifications and are committed to doing what is best for the customer P.SI also signed up for their annual maintenance package

MCQUILLAN BROSPLUMBING we had a broken pipe in the ceiling that is connected to our hot water boiler the technician could not locate the pipe at first so my husband and I had to help him find it he then quoted us a price of $to fix it saying that it was in a difficult spot and would be hard to access and would take time to fix we reluctantly agreed to the price even though we thought it was a bit high we then asked him if that included getting the air out of the pipes and resetting the water flow he said that would cost us an additional $ we called around and found another plummer who would do that for $ when the technician presented us with the bill we were also charged $for the service call he spent less then and 1/hours with us- about minutes to locate the pipe,about minutes to run to the hardware store and about minutes to fix the pipe I feel that we were terribly overchargedthey do not charge by the hour they just have a set fee for all calls and then it goes up depending on the work I called the office to complain and talked to maggie who offered us a 15% discount and she would also take of the service call cost I still think that $is way too much to pay for the work we had done we would never hire them again because of the expense

We have a steam boiler in our building, and it's been tricky finding companies that are competent working on that sort of system We have been really happy with McQuillan Bros They're very knowledgeable and also friendly and reliable We've mostly worked with Charlie and he's just terrific Not only did he fix what wasn't working and rework things that had been done incorrectly in the past, but he's been very patient about explaining what's going on and what he's doing Our service also includes follow ups, and it's nice to know they aren't just "fixing" things and then walking away Really happy we found this company

Kris was an awesome plumber who really knew his stuffWhile we had a delay in getting hot water, he was able to discuss with the electrician and figure it outHe stayed late to insure the hot water would work so we would not have to take a cold shower! Great job Kris
