Review: They keep sending me threatening letters, but according to the hospital, my account has a zero balance and was never sent to collections. Neither phone number for MCS works, and their address does not exist. If they are a legitimate company, why can't they be contacted?Desired Settlement: I would like to stop receiving these letters and for someone to get to the bottom of this.

Review: I am continually receiving bills from this company. I have call them and ask to please send me a copy of an itemized bill because I have never receiving anything from the hospital advising me that I have a balance. They continue to send me threatening letters but no itemized bill. Upon receipt of the requested documentation, I will gladly make payment arrangements. I will not pay one dime until the requested documents are presented.Desired Settlement: If they cannot produce the requested documents, please credit the balance and cease writing me letters. And I absolutely do not want any calls from these people regarding this bill. DO NOT EVEN START WITH COLLECTIONS CALLS...PERIOD!!!!!!
