In response to the above case number please let me explain the facts.1- first payment was due to Mcs Mortgage Bankersfirst payment was due Dec [redacted] as per the note and mortgage on closed loan documents3- loan got sold to new lender with a goodbye letter sent to applicant telling her and giving her information for her January payment to be paid to new lender4- Mcs has spoken to applicant and tried to explain but she does not seem to understand5- We will send today a email from new lender stating that the dec payment was to be paid to Mcs and in fact we also paid some additional taxesIn conclusion if the client looks at her closing package she will see first payment due December *, therefore she can then see that payments should have been made on her mortgage December, January and February She can look at her checkbook and see she only paid Jan and I am assuming FebruaryOn behalf of Mcs I have tried many ways to explain this to the consumer and she has rejected ours and her own attorney at the time of closing.Unfortunately now MCS will have to send a demand letter for the payment which we have tried to avoidThe borrower then will go see an attorney who in fact will confirm to pay the December paymentMCS is been extremely patient but the applicant will also have her credit history show a late payment.I am willing to hold off on proceedings if she agrees to pay what is due and I will also waive any late charges that she has incurred.Thank you [redacted] MCS Mortgage Bankers
I am responding to complaint # [redacted] from [redacted] I apologize for the delay but I was getting all the paperwork together and other information to show to [redacted] that the December payment was in fact payable to MCS Mortgage Bankers, IncIn an effort to resolve this I reached out to [redacted] ’s attorney who closed the loan for her as I feel he has credibility with his clientHer attorney called her and explained that her December payment was due to MCS and that MCS has sold the loan to [redacted] and they were notifying her when her first payment was due to them [redacted] called us and told us that she did not hire her attorney for this matter, to which we replied that he represented her at the closingShe did not want us talking to himIn order to show [redacted] that the payment for December was due to us we also received a letter from ***Finally all the closing documents clearly state the first payment was due December ***, At this point there is nothing else I can offer her to prove she owes us the moneyI understand she is frustrated and I personally reached out to speak with her and she has not returned my callI would be happy to speak with her and walk her through the process but she will need to call me at ###-###-####Thank youSincerely, [redacted] MCS Mortgage Bankers, Inc
