M.C.S. Roofing Co

On March 18, 2013 a contract for $1,000.00 was agreed ($300.00 deposit)upon to replace missing and deteriorated shingle on my roof of my home. On March 20, 2013 some patch work was completed on the rear roof (balance of $700.00 paid) However, two days after the work was done I immediately notified the company of a missing shingle on the front roof. At the signing of the contract I informed the company that the front roof was the issue and they assured me they would rectify the roofing problems. Despite numerous calls, I was told the owner was out of town and I would be charge additional money for them to come back out to correct this problem. After speaking with the owner who told me he would be out on Tuesday, March 20, to correct problem. Now he informed me that it would be a additional charge for him to come out to repair this shingle. I told him he need to come out and correct the problem. He stated it would cost him #100.00 to pay someone to come out and correct this problem. However, I was assured at the signing of the contract that they would repair/patch all necessary sections of the roof. All work would be guaranteed five years. I hope this problem is corrected as soon as possible. I told the owner at our signing of the contract that an inspection of my home owner insurance company was conducted by my insurance company and I have to address the problem ASAP,(I was given an extention of April 1) he promised me picture of the work done because I have to send them to my insurance company. He has failed to product those picture to me via my cell phone. I need all the assistance I can get to have this problem correct as soon as possible, thank you.
